Frequently asked questions
The hayloft can accommodate 8-10 people.
It has happened several times that we had a reservation, but the guests never showed up. We wait for you until the evening, and sometimes, due to the high mountains, we even worry. By paying a deposit, we aim to prevent such inappropriate behavior.
You will receive a full refund of the deposit in case of bad weather or if the reservation is canceled in a timely manner – at least 7 days before the arrival date.
It can get quite cold in the hayloft at night. We recommend bringing a sleeping bag and warmer clothes. A flashlight is also advisable.
In case of bad weather, the experience can be even more magical. We also offer the option to reschedule or a refund of the deposit.
